Just wanted to drop you a line thanking you for a great week on the water. We all had a great and relaxing time catching many fish and just soaking in the wonderful beauty of Lac Seul.

Biggest walleye was 29" with one 28-1/2 and too many 27, 26 and 25-inch fish to count. Fish were suspended in 15 feet and on structure or deep weed lines. Had one musky 40 to 50-inch class on and caught some nice northerns.

We managed to average 75-100 walleye per day per two-man boat (catch and release) average with ideal conditions on Wednesday yielding much higher numbers. Leeches, crawlers on rigs and jigs were most productive.

This was my 21st consecutive year for this trip and I noted a marked increase in wild life in the Chamberlain narrows area - it looks as if it's recovering very well after the 2001 fire.

Thanks for all your great service including upgrades on boats. Your outfit is the best way I have experienced on Lac Seul and as far as that goes any fishing in Susnet Country- I've done them all - cabins, camped and houseboat with latter being by far the most relaxing and economical.

Hi Steve

I was one of the members on boat # 4 when we came back from Chanberlain on Saturday the 16th. When we got out of the narrows and headed for Bear Narrows, those 5 ft. waves looked very intimidating and threatening, to say the least. If anyone asks as to why one needs an experienced pilot on board, their ride Saturday would have changed their mind and I wouldn't want to be on the boat without one.

Thanks Steve for the cool handling of the boat, which made our trip to Lac Seul a pleasurable one. I, along with the others felt very comfortable with you at the controls and got us back to the dock without any problems. Have a good summer and I hope that every trip out for you isn't like that one.

First off, thank you for an absolutely wonderful week on your houseboats. Looking forward to seeing you again in 50 weeks.

We were on Boat 2 (Andy Huss group) and had an absolutely wonderful time. I would highly recommend your services to anyone interested. The boats are awesome, your service is impeccable and you made sure that even a flat tire did not slow us down from having a great week.
